The range covers nine decorative radiators and nine towel warmers. Every model can be produced in 30 finishes, and the decorative radiators in seventeen heights from 300 to 1900 mm.
Aluminium's thermal conductivity of 179 kcal/m²h°C and the low water content of 0.09–0.42 litres per slice let the system reach temperature quickly and spend less energy under thermostatic control.
Production is certified to TSE and the EN 442 norm, and the Ayen® trademark is registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

Four stages from profile to finished product, each with the standard and the figure it is held to.
01
Extrusion
AlMgSi0.5 alloy, 98% aluminium content, to EN 573-3. Profiles are produced to TS 4992, TS 1164, TS EN 755-1, TS 5247 and EN 12020-1.

Assembly
A purpose-designed bushing and interference fit seal each joint without gaskets or welding. Wall thickness in the water channels is 2.10 mm.

Finishing
Electrostatic powder coating and anodising. Surface roughness 0.08 mm; 30 finishes including wood-pattern surfaces.
04
Testing
Every radiator is leak-tested at 15 bar. Maximum operating pressure 10 bar, operating temperature 90 °C, burst pressure 18 bar.
